These Terms of Service govern the services provided by Aimee Stokes. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.

We offer our personal services by default at Repton Park. Other locations such as at the clients home are also available providing prior agreemet by all parties.

Prior to receiving any service, clients must inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or health issues that may affect their ability to safely participate in training or massage services. This information is crucial to ensure your safety and allow us to tailor services to your individual needs. Failure to disclose relevant health information may result in the cancellation of your appointment and/or an inability to proceed with the session.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

• Booking: Clients are required to book their sessions in advance through our booking system or by contacting us directly.

• Cancellation: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to a scheduled appointment. If the appointment is not canceled within 24 hours, the full session fee will be charged to the client.

• No-Shows: If a client fails to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice, they will be charged the full session fee.

Payment for services must be made in full at the time of the session or as per our agreed payment terms. We accept prefered payment via the websote store or cash in person prior to the session. Failure to make payment for services rendered may result in suspension of further services until payment is received.

Clients are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner during their sessions. We reserve the right to terminate any session immediately if the client engages in inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe behavior. In such cases, the full session fee will still be charged.

By booking an appointment and receiving our services, clients acknowledge that they are participating in physical activities or therapy that carry inherent risks. We are not responsible for any injury or harm that may occur during the session. Clients should seek medical advice before beginning any physical activity or massage therapy, especially if they have any health concerns or conditions.

We value your privacy. Any personal information provided by the client will be kept confidential and used solely for the purposes of providing services. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients, and the updated version will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after any changes are made constitutes acceptance of those changes.
